Ruffus is a handsome 2 year old Border Collie mix who has had a hard time since he arrived at the ACC. Ruffus showed some resource guarding and fearful behaviors that may be attributed to his discontent in the shelter. He has earned a New Hope only rating, and will need the help of an approved rescue to move to safety.
