Rulers must be alert to the wrong act of the people in thier administration, and regard themselves as responsible not only for those at the very top but for all the governing body, it is almost impossible to find someone who is happy as he is and almost everybody blames that on other peoples shortcomings, yet all of us governors and governed should be thinking about our own shortcomings. when we increase the number of good people in a society we are trying to improve, that society will improve spontaneously both materially and spiritually, it will then with divine help of Allah promote better rulers to power, meanwhile if rulers are not happy with thier societies and endeavor to improve themselves rather than complaining about thier people, society advances with the help of Allah only through our questioning and improving ourselves, they are of course exceptions to prove the rule, for example Allah sent messengers to introduce reforms when the masses went astray. Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. was sent expressly to transform a merciless and curssy wild society that worshipped idols and buried its daughters alive, thia was a blessing from Allah, it is not possible to explain this intervention by Allah by pre Islamic education ,the only manifestation of explanation of divine law is divine grace, we cannot however expecte a new door of that sort of blessing opened after the coming of the seal of the prophets S.A.W. the sending of Prophets was complete. now we human beings are left with the mission of improving spiritualy by ourselves, we have plenty of opportunities to improve our selves, one of our priorities in this respect is enliven our institutions for education of future leaders. A wise person observed that the most important difference between major nations and minor ones is the existence of a group of well educated people to satisfy a society, only the properly educated can eliminate error and establish a just Society, All human enterprises take shape and gain importance according to the personalities and characters of those who move them forward, only individuals of strong quality are qualified to lead a massess well, only great leaders can bring out the greatness of a society, therefore it should be our top priority to educate such leaders. Turkish poet Nasif Fazil said in this regard.. A tree that deos not sprout is nothing but deàd wood. And a friend of Allah remarked .....give birth to the ones you need... As we elect We need to think about a new generation with firm faith, awareness of history and rediness to serve the nation, otherwise it is a divine law of Allah to take back the blessings previously granted. the chronicles of other nations offer vivid witness of principles of many of thier pages, if we first of all engrave love of Allah andthe messengers in our own hearts we will be able to educate a new generation who will love them also and who will be capable to making sacrificed for the nation , only then will a society be able to identify their real identity. May our lord grant all governering leaders high and low develope Keen awreness of thier tàsks, may Allah help us all to b4ing a faithful generation who will work earnestly to advance society seeving our nation and the worlld... these are the principals of the the four rightly guided khalifs alkhulafaul rashidun..
