Running means freedom to me, were ever I go my runners are travelling with me. 10 years ago I hated running. My knee was sore and I found lot of excuses why running is for everyone else but me. I was a Team sport athlete for many years That one moment in life, when I decided to become Forever FIT and healthy, changed it all. 6 months on tour in Australia with my family - I decided to explore Australia with my runners.( travelling with backpack) During that trip I also changed my nutrition and changed my Lifestyle. If I can do it you can do it. Dont wait until you get diagnosed with a Health problem, like I was! You live once and go for the fullest, do what you love and have fun!
