Running the risk of sounding like a broken record, but here goes..... For the last 4-5 days or so Addy has seemed like she was going to come down with her brothers cold. Colin has been miserably sick with a bad cold since LAST Tuesday. He has been drippy and coughing, and even up at night several times...and has now been pretty sick for 11 days or so. By contrast, his medically fragile, limited-mobility, baby sister has had only a few hints of sickness. (Sounding a little funny, somewhat cranky for about 24 hours, ect...) The only difference I can see is that she is using cannabis and he is not. They have otherwise been subjected to the same germs. He regularly loves/smothers/slimes her. I am more shocked and amazed each day by this PLANT! When Colin got sick, I figured this would be the end of Addys hospital free streak. Currently, no end in sight! At the risk of sounding like a total lunatic, I will continue to scream about Addys overwhelmingly positive experience as a medical cannabis user until every other child like her also has safe and legal access.
