Rushcliffe Junior parkrun launches at Rushcliffe Country Park Following the huge success of Rushcliffe parkrun, the launch of the Rushcliffe Junior parkrun will take place at Rushcliffe Country Park on Sunday 2 February at 9am. The Mayor of Rushcliffe, Councillor Brian Buschman, will officially start the run which will see participants complete a one lap 2km course around the park. Junior parkrun is a series of 2km runs for children aged between 4 and 14 which are open to all, free, and are safe and easy to take part in. Runners need to register and print their unique barcode in order to receive an official time and following the launch, runs will take place at 9am every Sunday morning at Rushcliffe Country Park.
