Issue number one: The President of the United States, the Commander-in-Chief, and the only individual with the authority to provide a CBA that would have enabled a launched targeted operation to rescue Ambassador Stevens, two Navy Seals, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty and the office manager Sean Smith, refused to authorize said Cross-Border-Authority and went to bed. Issue number two: In refusing to authorize the CBA, the President of the United States, the Commended-in-Chief of the Military is guilty of Maladministration; which resulted in the deaths of four innocent American’s.
