Rwanda: Rayon Sport is a super popular soccer club that gathers the largest crowds of hutu and tutsi fans - mostly francophones - and thats a problem for Kagames regime which has severely restricted freedom of assembly. Therefore Paul Kagame is trying all he can to tarnish the image of the team, to turn it against its fans, and to dismantle the team in slow motion the way he did political parties, human rights organizations, and popular news media organizations of Rwanda. . Police created a lot of chaos with a lot of damage that the team is unfairly being asked to pay for. . Teams coach and manager are banned from any stadiums in the country, and have to pay exorbitant fines. . Fans coordinator is also banned from any stadium and will pay a hefty fine.
