SABLA: Empowered girls, Empowers nation. Rajiv Gandhi Scheme for Empowerment of Adolescent Girls (RGSEAG) Sabla enables the Adolescent girls for self-development and empowerment and to improve their nutrition and health status. It also helps to upgrade their home-based skills, life skills and integrate with the National Skill Development Program (NSDP) for vocational skills. It also aims to provide information/guidance about existing public services such as PHC, CHC, Post Office, Bank, Police Station, etc. The project will also include bringing back the out-of-school adolescent girls under the ambit of formal and non-formal education. The adolescent girls will also be guided about the existing public services, such as primary health centers, post offices, banks, police stations and others.
