SADLY, the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) is a drastic one. Fear of another storm is on its way. The basic survival needs such as drinking water, food, and electricity are absent. The people suffering the most are the ones who had very little even before the storm hit. *The Ladies of SAC HOPE in collaboration with Project PEARLS, FAM Basketball League and Metropolis Comix have decided to take action to aid those affected by what is now known as the biggest typhoon to hit land. For the LOVE of HUMANITY and because its the right thing to do-JOIN US! Please understand that these items will not reach the survivors for another month as LBC will be shipping these by sea. Our efforts is to help the Philippines and its people SURVIVE while they REBUILD ♥ FOCUS items we will be collecting are the following: *Ready to EAT EASY TO OPEN canned goods (sardines, soup, etc) Rice, Beans, Dry Noodles, Medicines, Baby Food, Candles, Matches, Flashlights, Batteries, Can Opener, Hygiene Items, First Aid Kits. Antibacterial Soaps. PLEASE NO Items of CLOTHING, Blankets or Shoes.
