[SALES MANAGER FOR HIRE] Looking for Honest Sales MANAGER who can SELL PRODUCTS and SERVICES! GENERAL SUMMARY: • Manages sales of the company’s products and services. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and deployment. • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. CORE FUNCTIONS: • Collaborates with Company Director in establishing and recommend the most realistic sales goals for the company. • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel when necessary. DETAILS OF FUNCTION: • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual planning of sales activity. • Personally perform sales activity and achieve planned targets. • Evaluate sales performance and implement sales incentives. QUALIFICATIONS: A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of three years of related experience or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
