SANI ABACHA; THE MOST DESPOTIC IN LIFE, WITH THE BIGGEST MYTH IN DEATH Gen Sani Abacha was the most despotic ruler of our time in Africa, perhaps after His Excellency,, President for Life, Field Marshal, Alhaji Idi Amin Dada VC,DSO,, MC,GBE,Lord of All the Beasts of the Earth, and Fishes of the Seas and the Conqueror of the British Empire in Africa in General and Uganda in Particular. (1925-2003), President of Uganda from 1971-1979 Like President Idi Amin, Gen. Sani Abacha was known for his human rights abuse, political repression, ethnic persecution, extra-judicial killings ,nepotism, corruption, economic mismanagement and stashing of money abroad in such an unprecedented manner. He was most famous and infamous , as well as nightmare to all and sundry. He was a vicious killer, a ruthless manipulator, a Machiavellian, a master of intrigues, and double-cross, an ardent womaniser (with special taste and preference for oriental ladies), whose administration as the Head of State in Nigeria,was marked by corpses, lies and betrayals. A semi-illiterate, marauder, bandit, plunderer, and pillager,who converted the natural resources of oil and gas of all of us into personal property and family wealth. He took and took and took so that he could have big foreign accounts and lots of money stashed in Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, while a lot of Nigerians were made to wallow in chronic poverty.
