SATURDAY RE-CAP Well earlier this week I woke up and checked face book just like any other day ? or was it ? As I read a post from Mike Leonard he post that he , Bill Eickelmann and Henry Finlay was planning a Osage student Party ! OH ? ok ? we are ? OK we are lets do this. We had an Idea that the cry baby was the place it has lots of space and offers rv riding ,the river peace and quit .(cept for the fun) also there are selveral friends there already. Then we had to establish the WHEN ? as dates went back and forth on my sceen it was like a tennis match! and then I get a message Henry how about June 21st? I I am like cept for my Mothers birthday Great ( she said this year it is ok but not next year so Let me say I have a year and 3 months to plan MOMS 80th birthday party place most likely the VFW IN ELDON) so we have not tag this party as the first annual osage week end throw down as of yet ? or did I just then ? So at that point we had the place , the date CRY BABY CAMPGROUND week end of June 21st. thats Thursday till Sunday lol.Main PARTY DAY IS SATURDAY! Now we have 3 months to plan a party. there is plenty of camping room. rv or tents we have a group called ohs get together ( I think I like Osage week end throw down better) . where if you will there is a arrival and intention post under the pinned post on top . This is where you put you planned ETA and your thoughts or intent example .. this is I. B. So&So we will be there friday with jet skis and want to ride to the dam and back before dark and drink a lot of beer on saturday - and there you can see when other people are planning on getting there as well then we also have what face book calls a DOC this is so we can co-ordinate who is bringing what (basically it is BYOB & food - pot luck) or services example this is I.B.SO&SO I am bringing charcoal and pork and beans I see on the list that Valerie can get kegs at cost I want to get with her because I am going to drink a lot of beer on Saturday . I am also bringing my guitar and sing a song called I like beer. By doing these thing you help the next guy He now knows to bring Iced tea and deviled eggs . last but not least check in with Dee in the office her number is 573 -286 - 6684 so she can have you spot. thank you all for reading I am confident this will be a great week end.
