SAfm Current Affairs will host a Public debate at Reiger Park Civic Centre from 06h00 to 09h00 with Community Leaders, Metro Mayor and Police, aimed at national audiences to discuss the spate of violent crimes in area. This will be broadcast live on Safm’s AMlive Show. We are expecting a capacity crowd of 500 people, which includes political, business and community leaders, as well as members of the public. It is therefore this reason that we are requesting police presence inside the hall to assist us in maintaining law and order on that day. The broadcast will be on Thursday the 24th July 2014 from 06h00 until 10h00, but we expect our guests and the public to arrive at least an hour before the show, at 07h00.
