☆¸.✿¸.•°*˜ SCARED, LONELY KOVA.˜*°•.¸✿.¸☆ Kova is 5 years old girl and on tomorrows euth list. She is New Hope only because she is scared and tense and of course does not want her food bowl touched. She need time and patience to come around but if we dont find an adopter or foster tonight and a NH rescue to pull her she wont have the chance to show what she can become. Please share and advocate for Kova tonight before it is to late.A volunteer writes: Kova is a majestic female dressed in a silvery flawless robe. She looks like a statue, sheer perfection. Even her ears seem to have been chiseled by an artist. Her eyes that match her coloring, are tense. She growls softly. I know she is scared. Her stump of tail is tucked under her. It is just a matter of time. We will go out together and have some good time. I throw small treats in her kennel, a number of times and walk dogs pass her den.She eats when I do not look and gets used to see me. When I opened her door, it took just a little bit of juggling to get her leashed. Kova looks even more gorgeous in broad daylight. She is not comfortable and pulls. She eliminates and we enter a pen. Kova comes immediately to sit by my side. Who is protecting who? I wonder...A friend came to say hello. Kova did not seem to mind.I was glad to see that. She seems to like to be caressed on her body, her head and around her mouth. She glances at me from time to time. She does not seem as tense. Kova does not pay attention to other dogs, at least not now. She can sit and stay on command. I think she would love to stay sitting by my feet as long as she could. She feels secure that way. Kova needs a bit more time to reveal her secrets. I promised her that I will take her out daily. Hopefully, this will make her feel better and she will open up.
