SCM FIRST NEC MEETING/FELLOWSHIP FOR 2014 Dearly beloved, Glad to inform you that our SCM NEC meeting/fellowship for the year, 2014 comes up as follows: Date: Saturday, February 1, 2014 Time: 10 am prompt. Venue: SCM House, 2 FGGC Road, Ugbowo, Benin-City. Our Student leaders and delegates must remember their ATIC meeting on the night of Friday January 31, 2014. Prominent on the agenda is the forthcoming biennial conference (April 17-21 2014) tentatively billed for Port Harcourt. NEC will confirm the Port Harcourt venue. Delegates must remember the following: 1.Arriving Benin on time is good to avoid some inconveniences that have to do with the fragile security situation all over Nigeria. 2. Get your report well prepared with the agreed standards. 3. Our students must not forget the minimum contribution of N5000. towards the building of John R. Mott Center. 4. Our National election comes up at the forthcoming biennial conf. You must be praying along this line by now. If you as an individual, sector or branch has it in mind to nominate a candidate for any of the following national positions, the forms to do that will be available at NEC. The positions are: (a) National President, SCM Nigeria. (b) National Vice President. (student) (c) National Secretary. (d) Assistant National Secretary. (Student) (e) National Treasurer (f) National Financial Secretary (Student) (g) National Senior Friends Coordinator (h) National outreach Coordinator. (i) Literature & Publication Coordinator (j) National Project Coordinator (k) Women & Children Affairs (WACAD) Coordinator (l) National & Inter-Church Affairs Coordinator (m) National Prayer Coordinator. (n) Assistant National Prayer Coordinator (Student) (5) Come with all dues, remittances, DSR sales returns, standing contributions, Covenant Partners contributions, John R. Mott Center pledge/vow redemption, tithes, etc. (6) Pray for a successful NEC. Looking forward to a wonderful time of fellowship of our national leaders.
