This workshop intensive will help you take your scripts to the next level. Whether you’re just curious about screenwriting, seeking to develop your first short film, or looking to further develop your skills as a screenwriter, this intensive will get you down to work and hone your writing abilities. INSTRUCTORS BIOGRAPHY Dr. Robert Gray is a screenwriter, story editor, and filmmaker. He was one of the creators of the Writing for Film & Television program at the Vancouver Film School where he was head of that program for five years. He is the co-producer and organizer with the NB Film Co-op of the popular Fredericton 48 Hour Filmmaking Competition, and is involved with the Silver Wave Film Festival as a presenter and filmmaker. He is a senior editor of numerocinqmagazine, and is chiefly responsible for “Numero Cinq at the Movies,” the weekly film column. He has had over ten short scripts produced including the award-winning shorts “alice & huck” and “Blink” which won Best International Short Film at the 2012 Silver Wave Film Festival. He is a professor of film and screenwriting at the University of New Brunswick. Robert is a member of the NB Film Co-op and WIFT-AT
