SEARCA offers academic grants for graduate studies and research in agriculture, natural resources, and related fields at seven participating universities in Southeast Asia. Applications are invited from the following countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam. Applicants should not be over 35 years old at the time of application.
