SECOND SATURDAYS STREET FAIR When: Recurring Event. Where: Fountain Square Park Second Saturday Street Fairs are held around Fountain Square Park. The Downtown Merchants and Professionals organize the event, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every second Saturday beginning in April through September. There are inflatables and games for kids, horse and carriage rides, both for a modest fee. There is live music, face painting, balloon twisting, food vendors, product vendor booths and more, that will all combine for fun and excitement. Also look for sidewalk sales by merchants, all in a festive atmosphere that brings back memories of a bustling Downtown area. The Second Saturday Festivals will host special musical performances and acoustic variations, a “Craftsman Village” where true artisans will display their work for sale, unique and hard to find gifts, flea market finds, vendors of every kind, The Labold Shabby Chic Market, and Fountain Square business specials will be located at their stores. The Cruisin for a Cure Car Shows will be held in addition to Second Saturdays Fests on Fountain Square on these dates: May 10, July 12, August 9 and September 13.
