SEPULTURA: official video for The Vatican released SEPULTURA’s new record »The Mediator Between Head And Hands Must Be The Heart« was released on October 25th via Nuclear Blast and the band have now revealed the official video for the track The Vatican over on YouTube. The video was directed by Rafael Kent and filmed in downtown São Paulo-SP. Guitarist Andreas Kisser commented on the video: It shows various obscure facets of the church, from corruption to pedophilia, a dark side that many people like to ignore. The actors were very well selected, all with strong and striking expressions. The video tells the story of a priest who wants to leave the church because of all this dirt, and suffers pressure from the inside not to leave. It’s rather heavy and tense. Check out the bands most intense video to date, here: youtu.be/SSqYDgT-ykg The album was recorded with renowned producer Ross Robinson (KORN, MACHINE HEAD, FEAR FACTORY), who worked with SEPULTURA on their landmark 1996 release »Roots« and co-produced by Steve Evetts (THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, SYMPHONY X, INCANTATION), who previously worked on SEPULTURA’s »Roorback« (2003), the »Revolusongs« EP (2002) and »Nation« (2001).
