SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS AS OF 2:21 PM AUGUST 5/2013: R.M. of Mankota including Mankota and Ferland issued R.M. of Glen McPherson west of Mankota issued R.M. of Val Marie including Val Marie Orkney and Monchy continued R.M. of Lone Tree including Climax and Bracken ended At 2:20 PM CDT, meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing large hail, damaging winds and heavy downpours. This storm has produced golf ball size hail in Bracken and is moving east at 40 km/h towards Val Marie. Communities in the path include: Orkney, Masefield, Val Marie, Beaver Valley, Mankota.
