SHACKLES OF DOOM RELOADED.... President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, have recalled 15 Kenyan envoys serving in different missions abroad. The recall elicited sharp criticism with Raila’s Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) terming the move as political, because his wife’s cousin, Elkana Odembo was in the list. However, the Jubilee Government, through the Foreign Affairs Principal Secretary, Karanja Kibicho, has downplayed the recall saying it is a routine practice during the change of Government.
