SHARING... I have a high regard and respect for Don Wright...as well as for the ASRC folks who were in charge back then. I was in my infancy in Alaska Native affairs during his presidency of AFN. But, I remember the ASNA voting against the AFN approval of the ANCSA law...and some of Dons positions on the ANCSA legislation. I strongly believe that WE Natives would have been more in control of our ANCSA corporations, had Don remained President, longer than he did. RIP, Don...and condolences to all in the Wright family.
