SHELLY MATHIS Kremmling, Colorado Perspective September 23, 2013 Vision: I am sitting on a rock in the fog. It’s the time of darkness before the dawn. I don’t know where I am. Gradually the darkness turns to light and the sun begins to burn off the fog. I can see where I am - a high mountain mesa. As I look out to the land below the mesa, I can see the faint outline multiple canyons and other mesas at lower elevations. They are barely visible in the darkness, but the sunlight begins to spread from where I am to enlighten where I have been. Like a dark curtain being pushed back, the sunlight systematically exposes the canyons, the details of the rocks, the paths, the rivers - every feature of the land before me. It is a great expanse of canyonlands, rivers, and mountain plateaus. Then, I look behind me at where I am sitting on the high place, and I see a fertile, green land filled with water, forests, and lush vegetation. Above me are higher mountains I have not yet ascended. What is this, Lord? This is a picture of your journey with Me, My people. I am bringing a time of grace in which I will push back the darkness blanketing your understanding. I will allow you to perceive the valleys and high places of the past, for you must know that you were not wandering aimlessly through the wilderness. No, for I have been with you to lead you step by step through the process. My purposes are higher than yours, and I have led you to where you are now. It is not a mistake; it is not an accident; it is not of your doing. You are Mine! Rest on the solid rock of assurance that I will continue to lead you further up and further in, as you set your heart to abandon fully. The key to advancement and acceleration is trust in Me. Today is the day to shut the door on doubt and the fear of being out of My will. Though you cannot see what lies ahead, I do… and the doors I am opening before you are the access points to divine positioning of destiny - both in the natural and spiritual realms. Hold fast to Me in faith, and believe that I will lead you - even as in times past. Press on. Go forward. Do not hesitate! Judges 18:9 So they said, “Arise, let us go up against them. For we have seen the land, and indeed it is very good. Would you do nothing? Do not hesitate to go, and enter to possess the land.
