SHOCKING....... I AM ASHAMED OF.... Dr.Baldev Singh Sahota, former Civil Surgeon, Faridkot, suspected to have COMMITTED SUICIDE yesterday.....He was trapped by the vigilance bureau Punjab on the complaint of a pharmacist..... He had alleged that he had been falsely implicated...... We demand a High level CBI probe into the allegations of Dr. Sahota so as to ascertain the facts of false implication as well as the alleged corruption in the postings & transfers especially the Civil Surgeons....................................... And if his allegations are found to be substantive, then the entire Vigilance team must be hanged... I wish he should not have taken this cowardly step & should have fought for justice if he was falsely implicated...He had no right to punish his family. We pray to the Almighty, to grant peace to his soul & courage to the family But my question remains:::: NO CIVIL SURGEON IS GOING TO PAY THE BRIBES FROM HIS OWN POCKET....... It is the Govt. which has no transparent posting & transfer policy, which is responsible for such acts.....
