SHOULD RELIGIOUS LEADERS DRAFT BILLS AND ASK THE GOVERNMENT TO - TopicsExpress

SHOULD RELIGIOUS LEADERS DRAFT BILLS AND ASK THE GOVERNMENT TO PASS THEM AS LAWS???? Am not in any way against laws of the land, but am against the Church making laws for government to enact. Assuming that each religious group asks the government to act according to their God, this would be total chaos. The Adventists would wish that all those who work on a Sabbath (Saturday) be life imprisoned, or sentenced to death. To them, its detestable. The moslems would wish that all those who say that Jesus is the Son of God be put to death, to them , it is detestable to claim that God produces.. The Anglicans would wish that all those who beatify Hail Mary mother of God should be put to death, to them , only Jesus should be beatified. The Catholics would wish that all those against the trinity should be put to death; to them its detestable not to accept that there is God the father, God the son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Balokole would wish that all those who praise Prophet Mohamed should be put to death; to them, he is dead and buried in Mecca, Actually, the Balokole would request all worshipers of other religions be put to death including those that beatify hail Mary Mother of God, and even their closest allies, the Anglicans. So fellow Ugandans at Heart, the trend of Religious leaders drafting private members bills and forcing government to enact them is here and probably to stay. SHOULD WE CONTINUE WITH THAT TREND?????
