SHOULD YOU FLY FINNAR? Finn Air notified me via Expedia.ca that they can not fulfill their commitment regarding my ticket. The ticket is paid for and I have arranged plans based on this ticket. They are offering me two options: 1 - Arriving 12 hours later than my original arrival time - unfortunately due to my prearranged plans this is not a solution for me. 2 - Refund - in this case they are off the hook and I can start to search for a new ticket (since this ticket is for Christmas time, prices are much higher now!!!), rearrange all my plans etc. How do you measure the frustration Finnair caused me? How do you measure the trust that you lost (again and again) in the airline industry? How do you measure the negative effect of my comments to my friends, family, business partners? Option 2 is not a solution for me either. Based on my conversation with Expedia representative, Finnair, does not care about my inconvenience, and I have no rights, when they want to make a change. THANK YOU FINNAIR!!
