SHOULDERS! One of my favorite super sets for them is this behind the neck press with the staple lateral raises . Here are my pointers though::: never try to use a weight too heavy for 12-15 reps behind the neck keep your hands wide and bring the bar down low slowly . On my laterals I am sure to keep a slight bend in my elbow and keep my hands more to my sides than front to ensure proper firing in those shoulder caps! #enjoy #ifbb #ifbbpro
