SIMPLY SUNDAY No one had a perfect mother--someone who was able to know all of your needs and then meet them. If we did, we wouldnt want to ever leave home, or grow up. To what extent are you still expecting someone or something outside of yourself to meet your needs? Part of self-care and being grown up is about learning to know what we need and to get those needs fulfilled.
