SINGLE MOM. 5 KIDS. Michelle has every reason to sit home and feel sorry about life, about her situation, about her divorce etc. Instead, a few weeks back she chose ACTION. 3 weeks ago she began working with me to learn some REAL ESTATE strategies and learn TAX DEED INVESTING. She knew nothing about it. So we started with the basics. How to START. How to FIND. How to RESEARCH. How to FINANCE. How to REHAB. How to FLIP. Yesterday Michelle went to her first auction. Properties and auction in her HOME TOWN that she didnt know existed or were even for sale. She ended up being outbid on all 3 of the properties she researched and wanted to buy (all went WAY too high, but she kept her cool and did the right thing). After the auction we spoke and her experience was priceless. I was smiling ear to ear listening to her say how nervous she was, how excited she was, how intense it was etc. I smile because I still get some of those feelings even after flipping a few thousand properties! REAL LIFE MONOPOLY IS THRILLING! Yesterday Michelle did what 99% of people dont/ wont do. SHE COMMITTED. SHE TOOK ACTION. And later in the week she will be at another auction playing REAL LIFE MONOPOLY.
