SIR, in the greaterkashmir newspaper of dated 14august 2013 on page no.6, the HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT make the advertisement for the ENGAGEMENT OF PHYSICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS FOR THE YEAR 2013-14. But till this date only PHYSICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR posts have been filled and ASSISTANT PHYSICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR are still vacant. For the process of filling these posts, the PRINCIPAL AMAR SINGH COLLEGE has been named as NODAL OFFICER and still the said principal is not filling these posts.
