#SJIWIKA: Sicat, Gracia grabs 3/3 awards; Tandem tops Lakan, Lakambini CANDON CIVIC CENTER - YEAR IV tandem, Katrina Mae Gracia and Ariel Cid Sicat reigned Lakan and Lakambini 2014 after snatching out all the three minor awards. The said awards were Best in Talent, Filipiniana and Mr. & Ms. Intelligence. Each year level is represented by a pair of contestants and represents also their assigned Regions. The tandem, Katrina Gracia, from the seniors, represented the Region III while Ariel Cid Sicat represented Region VII. Grade eight tandem, Alyssa Andrion, represents Region eight, and Joshua Jonathan Dangio, represents Region IV-A, grabbed first runners-up guild. Bea Jewel Bisnar, represents Region V, and Algrae Barandino, represents Region VI, both from Grade seven attained second runners-up position. Representing Grade nine were Region II ambassador Noelle Mira and Region I ambassador Kim Dave Rendon, places third runners-up respectively. All the contenders in the pageant underwent a firsthand elimination last August 11 in which a pair of aspiring candidates each section were evaluated by their teachers. - Kaycelyn Jimenez
