SKINNYFIBER SUCCESS!!!ADAM IS STILL GOING STRONG!!!! HIS MOM SAID: (we dont know how much weight he has lost because he dosent weigh lol) he has gone from a 42 waist to a 38 waist and fro a 2-3XL in shirts to an XL... I cant even begin to tell you how proud I am of him! he has been making better food choices, he dosent have near as many headaches as he used to have and he has way more energy, AND he has MUCH more Confidence!
