SMART UPDATE: One month after my raving review of the Smart retention experience... I have yet to receive my phone. Just to be fair to everyone (meaning, Globe. Hahaha.) After patiently following up almost every other day, I already lost my patience today and gave a piece of my mind to the Smart retention hotline service rep (and supervisor as well) who even had the gall to act like the victim of my vitriol. Poor guys, but everybodys got a job to do, right? Unfortunately, its my job as a customer to expect them to deliver on their service, and its their job to make things happen. So thats life. I really cant tell them to shove the phone up their ass because I virtually paid for it anyway and I wont give them that satisfaction, but its just sad that if and when the phone arrives it wouldnt be the pleasurable and exciting experience that it ought to be. #smart #smartcares #not
