SO - I DID get up early, fed the dogs, loaded everyone up to go bye-bye, and went back to town to get liver. Yes, I woke up early in the morning for liver. Ive been craving it! Toddie HATED liver and wouldnt even let me cook it in the house. LOL He said Id NEVER get the stink of it out of the house. We shall see. I used to LOVE liver and onions when I was younger. Its been FOREVER since Ive cooked it so.... any pointers? I cant remember if I floured it or not... Michelle Donaldson, my chef friend, got any yummy, simple ideas for me? Id so greatly appreciate your input... and any other cooks that dont mind offal meats. How should I do this? OH Im so jazzed. Yes. Jazzed for liver. Hey, you people eat venison and I cant stand the stuff so go EASY, now... EASY! :-D
