SO FRUSTRATED!!!! Two men show up at my house today, stating they were here to change out the comcast line. The truck they are in doesnt say comcast anywhere on it, neither does anything theyre wearing. I call comcast to verify, and they tell me they use contractors, but keep no records if our line is being replaced, or when a contractor is scheduled to replace it. Reluctantly, I let the dudes in my backyard, only they forgot their ladder!!! So they come back a while later, and stop to sit in their truck while it rains like hell. They finally replace the line, then knock on my door to tell me they knocked something off the pole and my cable is out, I need to call comcast to get it fixed, and they will have to send someone out. WTF?!?! Comcast told me they will call back in an hour to let me know when someone can b here.
