SO MUCH has happened in such a short space of time. To keep all our customers, followers and interested parties up to date we thought we would try and put all that has happened in one post – so here goes: 1. You can now have a unique addition to your wedding car – a personalised ribbon. The ribbon (colour of your choice) can be printed with your name and that of your partner, the venue and the date of your wedding – in fact anything you want. The ribbon at the end of the booking will be carefully folded and posted to you as a keepsake. The cost of this is only £30 which considering you get approximately 7 meters of ribbon, we think is exceptional value 2. We have added 4 more wedding fayre events. These are a) Sunday 28th September Devere Blackpool 12-4pm b) Sunday 12th October Brockholes 12-3pm c) Sunday 2nd November Shawhill Golf and Country Club 12-3pm d) Samlesbury Hotel open evening – the date is yet to be confirmed 3. We welcome two recent bookings from Miss JP and Mr PF and also Miss DB and Mr RH, who we have received deposits from and have confirmed that the car and dates are reserved for them. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that couples who have not yet booked our services do so as soon as they can so as to avoid disappointment. We still have dates available for 2014/2015 and 2016 so don’t delay give us a call. Based on the initial cost of only £120 you don’t want to miss the opportunity to have the transportation that will truly encapsulate your wedding day and that you can look back on in years to come with fond memories 4. We have launched our second wedding tariff to help all you brides out there who don’t need a wedding car as your wedding and reception are at the same venue BUT who don’t want to miss out on the wedding car experience. JUST THINK in years to come when you show your family your wedding photographs, won’t you want to show them pictures of you and your loved one, turning up in a fabulous car and enjoying the attention from family and friends waiting for you? So the packages are: a) Tariff 1: For ONLY £120 this is what you can have at Amour Wedding Cars: • Our services last for a minimum of 5 hours or 50 miles (subject to the client’s wishes) based on our home location of PR5 5TR. After that there is a minimal charge based on multiples of 20 miles or 1 hour • Multiple collections and drop of all people attending the Wedding • A guarantee once a small deposit (£50) and booking form have been received, both the day and the quoted price are guaranteed. We DO NOT do more than one wedding per day and therefore you can be assured that you day is never rushed • A Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign in Winter Gold metallic paintwork with Ivory leather. The car boasts (to name but a few) full air conditioning, heated leather seats (both front and rear), double glazing and air suspension • Included on a complimentary basis, flowers (silk), ribbons and bows (the ribbons and bows will be coordinated with your colour scheme), tissues, mouth freshener, mints and, bottles of drinking water • Fully insured and taxed vehicle to be used in the transport of people to and from wedding venues. PLEASE NOTE ordinary car insurance is NOT enough • Full chauffeur services are offered including a chauffeur in a two piece suit and chauffeur’s hat. The chauffeur has over 30 years driving experience and is also CRB checked and a full member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists • Transfer to and from the vehicle, which is especially important when the weather is inclement – an umbrella is supplied in such circumstances • Music – a selection of music that is special to the happy couple can be played whilst in the car • Flowers – these can be supplied on request (subject to a charge at cost) b) Tariff 2: We have also launched a new tariff so that even brides and grooms who are having their wedding and reception at the same venue can experience turning up in an elegant and sophisticated car AND so have the full wedding experience. The tariff is called THE WEDDING CAR EXPERIENCE and is at a fraction of the price of our normal tariff. We will pick both the bride and groom from the wedding venue and transport them either around the wedding venue, or on to the public road and then return back to the wedding venue. During this time a photographer can be present in the wedding car and at both the start and end of the journey photographs can also be taken. The tariff for this is: Within 10 mile radius of PR5 5TR £40 Within 20 mile radius of PR5 5TR £60 Within 30 mile radius of PR5 5TR £80 Our standard terms apply, for this service except for the fact that we require payment to be made at the point of booking.
