If you go for RFO units, the house unit is already constructed so expect for higher house price, higher downpayment, shorter period for downpayment, limited choice, whatever is available, no other units to choose from. On INNER UNIT versus END/CORNER UNIT If you have plans for future house expansion, go for end or corner unit. WHY? End/Corner units have bigger lot areas.
