SOMETHING LIGHT FOR MY BUSINESS PRESENTATION TO THE DEAN & RETIRED LAWYERS OF MY BUSINESS LAW AND ORGANIZATIONS- 100% ME **SHARK TANK** ##FOCUSED##MISSMYFAMILY##PRAY4MEIPRAY4U 1. How you would incorporate a business in that State 2. How easy or difficult it is to do so 3. Compare it in terms of ease or difficulty with one other States incorporation procedures. 1. I would have to reserve a name for my business. Then have to file a contract with an attorney or lawyer that can set me up with the business of interest. We would have to construct residuals to match other higher business revenues for further establishment? Also include my business proposals, with promoters, officers, directors, other incorporators. I would like to know who shareholders are or any other factors that are necessary to tailor, yet secure my corporate purposes. 2. It would be easy to begin this process, there are many applications which need to be reviewed and discussed. Everything on the D.O.S Connecticut was definitive and helpful with knowledgeable information. The only equipment I find difficult would be the initial proposal to lawyers and investing accountants of interest. Not always accurate that an individual invest in business ideas and it gets recognition needed or even considerable by top competitors. The attorneys and I would have to be very particular when reviewing information. I need promising investors and diligent lawyers acquiring my business perceptions along with accountants familiar with shareholders to raise stock. 3. Connecticut compared to Texas and other states I would say was not too difficult when acquiring the information needed to begin the process. Connecticut’s website is precise in finding the documentation to file for corporation rights. Within the Connecticut website I was able to click on the form I was looking for immediately. This way all I would need to do is review background knowledge on what I am responsible for, print forms and attend a meeting. Sure this is a very interesting process.
