SONGS FOR YOUR CEREMONY: A lot of my couples tell me that choosing your music is one of the hardest things to do. But remember there is no right or wrong song and different songs mean different things to different people. Talk to one another and compromise- its a lot like being married- you wont always agree on everything but take the time to listen to what your partner is saying and hear their opinion. You will need at least 3 songs: 1 for when the bride walks down the aisle (this is the brides entrance so it is important that the song means something to you both but also that the bride actually loves the song), 1 for when you are signing the marriage certificates (choose something nice for your guests to listen to while you are busy doing the legal paperwork) and 1 for the end of the ceremony when you are both walking back down the aisle as Mr and Mrs (choose something upbeat and happy- you are now married its a happy occasion). I listen to your music when I am writing your ceremony and it gives me an insight as to what sort of ceremony you would like and remember your music that you pick will forever be a constant reminder of your wedding day- choose wisely.
