SPECIAL SUCCESS “And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.” (Luke 5:5) For 77 years, England failed to win the men’s Wimbledon but on 7th July, 2013, Andrew Murray ended the jinx by beating the reigning champion, Novak Djokovic, and England celebrated. Simon Peter “toiled all the night” and caught nothing; it was a night of failure. However, when he invested his boat in the gospel business of Jesus the following day, and obeyed the instruction of the Lord to launch out into the deep, the success was astonishing. Peter’s boat could not accommodate the fish caught in his net in the very place he had toiled in vain before. Have you been labouring without any result to show for it? Prepare for your breakthrough by allowing God to purge you of all sin. Peter, who cowardly denied the Lord Jesus Christ thrice bounced back as a hero on the day of Pentecost. He preached to multitudes and about 3000 were won for Christ. Failure is not forever for the determined believer. God can use you to win lost youths in your nation for Christ.
