SPOILER: Alfies burning idea.. goes wrong! Next Monday, the Moon household will change forever as Alfie finally decides to claim on the insurance through setting his home on fire. Looking out for his family, Alfie sends Kat, Stacey and Mo to Sharon’s hen do, and gets Whitney to babysit the children at hers, which empties the house. All is not fun and games for Kat at the party, so chooses to head home as she does not like being away from her newborn twins. Later, Alfie plans to put the fire in motion, but is halted by Mick, who persuades him to attend Billy’s get-together, at which they will plan Phil’s stag party. As the men get into a game of poker, Alfie is left embarrassed and leaves. Sitting outside on the Square, Alfie, in a depressed state, contemplates what he should do. Roxys attempts to cheer him up fall on flat ears, and Alfie quickly discovers that he doesnt have any other options. At home, Alfie lights a cigarette, throws it in the bin, and leaves, unaware the Kat is upstairs - but is she alone? Meanwhile, Sharon is in high spirits as she attends her hen party but she stops enjoying herself when some of the hens make derogatory remarks about Phil. Things take another turn when party organiser Linda reveals Sharons surprise. Soon afterwards, Linda is concerned when she sees Sharon slipping out of The Vic. Elsewhere, Dean and Lauren have a small gathering at Maxs for those who dont want to attend the hen party, but things are still tense between Lauren and Nancy. Also, Carol struggles to readjust to life without her grandchildren and Bianca. So! Who do you think is in the house with Kat? Does she collect all or some of the children from Whitney?
