SPORTS UPDATE WITH EMMAH ATAI: Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben was surprised by Real Madrids cautious approach to the first leg of their Champions League semi-final in Madrid. Despite the home side winning 1-0 at the Bernabeu, defending champions Bayern enjoyed 72% possession. Manager Jose Mourinho is among three Chelsea staff charged by the Football Association following the clubs Premier League loss to Sunderland. Assistant manager Rui Faria and midfielder Ramires have also been charged following the 2-1 defeat . Mourinho is charged with misconduct following comments he made after the match at Stamford Bridge. Ramires has been charged with violent conduct, while Faria has been charged with two counts of misconduct. Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj has decided to represent Belgium in international football. The Red Devils national coach Marc Wilmots made the announcement on Twitter and said he was delighted by the players decision. Januzaj was born in the Belgian capital of Brussels to Kosovan-Albanian parents and joined United in 2011. The 19-year-old could have played for Kosovo, Albania, Turkey, Serbia and, potentially in the future, England. Januzaj will now be considered for Belgiums World Cup squad, with a 30-man provisional squad due to be named on 13 May. Liverpool claim they are will be in a position to compete for the worlds best players this summer after qualifying for the Champions League group stage. Managing director Ian Ayre has promised to give manager Brendan Rodgers funds to strengthen his squad, with reports suggesting he may have as much as £60 million to spend, and is confident a move to Anfield will be attractive to most. COPA COCA COLA SCHOOLS NATIONAL TOURNAMENT: The Copa Coca Cola schools national tournament will get underway on Tuesday, 29th April at St.Josephs College Layibi in Gulu. The tournament is expected to gather 60 schools, that will compete up to final match day 10th May, when the best will be crowned champion. In this 22nd edition, defending champions St.Marys Kitende return alongside formidable sides in Old Kampala and Budo S.S who won the 2003 and 2009 top honours respectively. The school teams will compete under the FIFA world cup format of 8 groups and the top 2 in each group will qualify for round of 16 knockout stage after 9 days of 32 matches per day. Quarter finals will then take place prior the finals.
