Entry forms are starting to come in, DONT MISS OUT!. you have until the 30th of October to get your entry forms in (you can get them from Friendship house in Hikurangi) Lettuce, Carrots, Beans, Peas all grow well at this time of the year, as do radishes, capsicums and strawberries. heres a treat your children will love - theres nothing better than strawberries and Marshmallows: EASY STRAWBERRY MALLOW 1/2 cup chopped marshmallows 1cup plain yoghurt 12 LARGE strawberries Toasted chopped Almonds or Sprinkles Place the chopped marshmallows in a large bowl and stir in the yoghurt. Slice the strawberries and add to the yoghurt, mix together well. Cover and put in the fridge for an hour. spoon into glasses and top with almonds or sprinkles. AND EAT.....
