Interacts with customers and company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of functions. Answers non-technical questions regarding company products and determines the status of returns, repairs, replacements, orders, delivery schedules, etc. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing. Resolves return credit problems. May answer billing questions. May take orders by telephone and handles correspondence from customers and representatives. Quotes prices and delivery dates. Responsible for closing the sale as appropriate, and receives sales incentives. Position Requirements Experience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers. Job Requirements *Basic Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent • One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment Preferred Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent • One year related work experience in a call center or customer service environment interacting with customers • One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment Additional Position Information The starting hourly rate of pay for this position is $12.62 per hour Monday through Friday from 7am to 11pm EST Saturdays from 8am to 10pm EST Sundays from 9am to 10pm EST
