SRINAGAR ,LEH WITNESS COLDEST TEMPERATURE Srinagar and Leh witnessed the coldest night of the season so far as the cold wave tightened its grip further in Kashmir Valley and Ladakh region with the minimum temperatures remaining several degrees below the freezing point. Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, recorded a low of minus 2.2 degrees Celsius, the lowest so far this season, a spokesman of the MeT Department here said.
