New structures have been developed and domiciles are changing legislation to keep up with the latest developments. While a lot of attention has been focused on the differences in structure, the real advantages of cells are not clearly understood. In this webinar, the presenters (Chip Bates from Amplitude Re, Jeff Simpson from Fournaris & Mammarella P.A., and from SRS, Patrick Theriault and Melissa Hancock, detail when and why to use a cell captive rather than a standalone owned captive.
