STRANGE REQUEST I have a strange request. Prism Films of England is a company that makes major music documentaries. They will be in Austin on the last weekend in September doing a documentary on the life of Stevie Ray Vaughan. I am trying to help them find what they need since they are so far away. The people making the documentary are looking for a rustic backdrop to do interviews with Texas people who knew and worked with Stevie. They are looking for a place that will be quiet and also have electric plugs to do the interviews. In addition, I also need to find someone who knows how to convert a record to CD so they can hear the first two songs Stevie recorded. If anyone has ideas or leads on either of these fronts please let me know and I will pass them on.
