STRATEGY FOR THE GENERAL PAPER OF ENGINEERING SERVICES (IES) The General paper consists of the following sections: Antonyms Synonyms Comprehension Sentence Improvement Spotting Errors Fill in the blanks simple sentences General Knowledge General Aptitude and General Awareness Generally, it is found that candidates dedicate most of their efforts in technical subjects overlooking General paper.
