SU Social Membership Fee-Advice We’re receiving enquiries about whether people should pay four years Social Membership fee if they are going to be out on placement for one of those years. We can’t decide for you but what we can tell you is that many students pay for all four years because they like to come back for some of our fabulous weekly events and certainly the unmissable Balls for which they get reduced-price tickets. If you don’t pay your Social Membership fee then you will pay higher ticket prices for entry to weekly events and the Balls; during your time here that will make quite a dent in your finances if you want, for example, to enjoy our infamous Wednesday nights, so it’s worth joining the herd to ensure that you can sit back and enjoy the fun.
