SUNDAY 7:15am FREE Fun Run. We will meet in the parking lot and do a 5k. You can walk, run or combination! If there is enough interest, we will do this every Sunday for the summer. 8:15am RIPPED w/Sara 9:30am Zumba w/Mandee The Summer Sunday Specialty Series will be returning in July. This is when we bring in a special instructor to hold a unique class that isnt normally on our schedule. Last summer we offered Line dancing, Piloxing, Bhangra, and more!
